bridgeCanon - Official Star Trek Technology
Control center of a starship, usually
located atop the saucer hull of Federation ships. The bridge includes
workstations for command (captain and first officer), flight control
(Conn, formerly helm & navigation), mission operations (Ops), tactical,
science, environment and engineering. Many stations can be reconfigured
for different purposes. Most bridges on Starfleet vessels are replaceable
modules, so that adaptation to special missions or upgrading the ship
is facilitated.
The concept of bridge modules allows the use of different bridge sceneries
for the same starship class and explains why the bridge of the Enterprise-A
in "Star Trek: The Final Frontier" was completely different
from the preliminary version in "Star Trek: The Voyage Home".
The Miranda class was seen with as many as four different types of bridges.

Marine Combat Suit
Non-Canon - Original Borderlands Trek PBEM RPG Technology
The MCS is based on the theory that in modern warfare, with energy weapons, being seen is the same as being a casualty. Thus, it is more of a stealth suit than a armored battle suit.
Capabilities: The MCS is capable of stopping a phaser set on normal stun. It is also relatively proof against projectile weapons, knives, etc. The protection is not complete, but is much superior to 20th century kevlar for example. Heavier settings on a phaser will be somewhat degraded as well, with other energy weapons suffering proportionally.
As mentioned, the MCS' primary function is keeping it's wearer from being seen. It uses a tiny microprocessor, and advanced polymers in the weave of the suit, to change the suit's color and pattern to match the background. In example, in Earth woods, it would be a mottle of greens and browns, blending into the vegetation.
The blending is near perfect, and no energy field is used, so it does not show up on tricorder scans. In fact, the suit renders its wearer nearly invisible to scanners, though he or she will show up on a short range, or a very powerful scan. (Starship and some combat vehicles and shuttles) Even then there is some protection offered.
In addition, the suit is capable of being sealed, provides good radiation protection, and given a life support pack, is quite capable of serving as a space suit.
The MCS is standard issue in many marine units, mostly notably the 2nd MarDiv on Alpha Centauri, and the 26th MEF, assigned to Starbase Phoenix, in the Delta Quadrant.
Appearance: When inactive, the MCS is only slightly more bulky than 20th century military uniform (BDUs) though this changes rapidly when the suit is sealed, and hood and gloves are added, and changes even more when a life support pack is added for space use. It is black in color when inactive, though it can also be set to an olive drab, if desired. Or actually any color you want, but most marine NCOs and such frown on a bright yellow MCS being worn about the barracks.
Master systems display
Canon - Official Star Trek Technology
Monitor which shows the status of
a starship's systems.
The Star Trek Encyclopedia distinguishes between the large master situation
monitor that shows a cross-section of the ship, and the master systems
display in the form of the famous "pool table" in the Enterprise-D
engine room. In fandom, however, master systems display (MSD) customarily
refers to the cross-section of the ship.

Metagenic weapon
Canon - Official Star Trek Technology
Genetic mass destruction weapon prohibited
by the Federation.
The Cardassians deceived the Federation in 2368 when they spread rumors
about a metagenic weapon, and Jean-Luc Picard was captured while trying
to find proof for it (TNG: "Chain of Command").

Metaphasic shield
Canon - Official Star Trek Technology
Shield capable of protecting a vessel
from the intense radiation and high temperature inside the corona of
a star.
The metaphasic shield was developed by the Ferengi scientist Dr. Regar
in the first place (TNG: "Suspicions"). Dr. Beverly Crusher
further promoted this technology and employed it to defeat the Borg
in TNG: "Descent".

Meteor
Phaser PistolNon-Canon - Unofficial Technology
Work on the Starfleet Phaser Pistol Mark 10 began in early 2379, before the famed "Nemesis" incident. Starfleet desired a variable-yield pistol that was compact, lightweight, and suited for encounters with the Borg and a variety of hostile races. Added to this was the requirement of a degree of customization, allowing the pistol to accept silencers, laser sights, and flashlights, bringing its versatility in line with the Type-III phaser rifle's wide range of capabilities. The SPPM 10 also adopts the rifle's strictly weapon appearance, a stark contrast to the tool-like Type-II, a point of much debate during the design process. While originally intended to replace the Type-II in Starfleet Intelligence and other covert divisions, the SPPM 10 is steadily replacing the old Type-II phaser in the fleet itself.
The pistol, codenamed "Meteor" during the developmental phase, is an intriguing blend of old and new. For a more intimidating appearance and ergonomic feel, the partially Andorian team of designers referenced many projectile weapons of old, notably those of Earth. A molded hand grip provides comfort and accuracy, while the power pack nestled under the emitter can pop out easily to be recharged or replaced. The power level is changed simply by tapping the buttons on the back with one's thumb, and the weapon may be fired by squeezing the lightweight trigger. Power pack charge level and Weapon setting are displayed on the side, by way of small lights. The weapon is a mere 20 centimeters long, and can be carried easily in a belt-mounted holster.
